You are looking at an. Antique 1900s German Wood Carved Wall Barometer Thermometer. This instrument is a bit over 20 long, a little over 7 wide. The round wooden piece around the barometer has to small sections missing (see last photos). Not sure if instruments are in working condition, bought them in Germany when we were stationed there.
