Here for your consideration is a nice Chelsea 4 1/2 Barometer in Brass. According to the number stamped on the back, it is from the 1992 circa. It is in very good condition and the barometer is right on. It does have a few scratches in it. I tried to take a picture of them. The classic Ships Bell Barometer, designed as a companion piece to the Ships Bell Clock, features a double bellows holosteric movement that mechanically measures changes in atmospheric pressure to foretell changing weather. Readings of Stormy, Rain, Change, Fair, or Very Dry are handsomely displayed on the pieces rich, hand-silvered dial. The Ships Bell Barometer features a lacquered solid forged brass case and screw bezel. Barometer movements are calibrated to sea level and can be adjusted for altitudes up to 5,000 feet above sea level upon request. My price is much less than that. Now for the boring stuff.
