Unsure of item specifics, I think this is a barometer altimeter? Marked Compensated Joseph C Ferguson Pr Made in England. Think this was a judge in 1870’s? See a crack in glass….. Still smooth to the touch so crack is underneath surface. I don’t know if this opens? I don’t want to scratch it so I didn’t try to hard. Unsure if this item works? I turned the screw in the rear and the dial moves. Again, unsure of any item specifics most important value or collectability.
