As found don’t know much about this item as of how it works, I think this is a rare item, the front reads Compensated Made by J. Hicks London, Eng For Paul A. On the backside has numbers scratched on 33997. Dial rotates when turning the stem. Size is about 2 in diameter. The case shows wear, front pushbutton of the case is missing.
