This is an american signed Seth Thomas Clock Company 4 Bell Sonora Chime mantle clock circa 1905. It measures 14 x 11 1/2 inches, with a brass bezel and 4 1/2 inch arabic numeral dial. It has a architectural case with a wonderful adamantine finish throughout. With all Sonora Chime clocks, there is a standard time and strike movement, but also a secondary large chiming movement in back of the main movement, which plays the quarter hours on the nest of bells.
