Really neat maritime weather indication instrument – housed in brass I think, it has a very deep red, almost copper look to it. Made in France prior to 1930 by TESTRITE. Feel free to ask any specific questions this came from an estate full of nautical antique type items. It is in very well kept condition, just slight evidence of wear and light scuffing on the backside near the maker’s stamp.
