Antique Taylor Instruments Pocket Barometer. Taylor Instruments Companies Rochester N Y E. Brass with a beveled glass crystal. It is covered with a black finish. The little knob on top will screw off. The back has some old hard black adhesive on it. There is wear to the black finish. The crystal is in excellent clear condition.
