White and brass finial on bottom. Oval is about 3 1/2 inches high without finial. With finial, about 5 1/4 inches high. Oval is about 4 1/4 inches wide. Barometer face diameter is about 3 1/4 inches round. Lying face up it is about 2 inches tall/thick Actual weight of this item is 13-14 ounces. Seems functional, however, I have nothing digital to test its accuracy against. Back of casing is cracked in several spots around the edge. See photos for more details.
