The cream dial is pristine and shows no sun damage, with numerals legible and undamaged. The brass and blue steel hands are in excellent condition. All the functions (the barometer and thermometer) work as they should. The case has a heavy brass ring and the case, measuring five inches in width, has been lightly polished. The glass is excellent. PHBN is considered the leading scientific weather instrument maker in France. This example is in superb condition. I describe my items as accurately as is possible.
