The barometer works as well, but will need adjustments to the pressure settings in your living area. This piece can be hung on the wall, with the integrated hook on the back. It was probably made around 1930 in France. Total height: about 6 1/2 inch / 16.5 cm. Width: about 10 1/4 inch / 26 cm.
