For your consideration is this Wonderful Working Vintage Weather Station by Swift & Anderson Inc. With Hygrometer, thermometer and Barometer designed with two ships wheels. This weather station was made by Swift & Anderson, Inc. Of Boston, MA and likely dates from the 1940’s. It has what looks to be a heavy copper (bronzed) base with two ships wheels (Hygrometer & Barometer), a working thermometer at the center and all accented with brass elements. It measures approximately 11.25 inches long, 5.5 inches tall and 2 inches wide with a total weight of 3.06 pounds. Tested and all the weather elements are in good working order. This weather station is in excellent condition and fully functional with no cracks, missing or broken parts. It has a great bronzed patina and look for display (could use a little cleaning). All the lettering is crisp and clear for reading. A Fabulous Vintage display piece that would make a great addition to a collection or gift for a boating enthusiast!
