The top piece is stamped C 17has a beautiful silvered dial, this piece dates to around 1900. The case, glass and dial are in beautiful condition with some scratches on the silver but not on the glassI have tested this piece with the plastic bag test and you can see the results in the barometric change in the handsThis is a very rare piece due to the working order and the spectacular casing!
