For your consideration, an antique Short & Mason aneroid pocket barometer. I believe this is one of what was called their Mountain Barometers as it has altitude up to 8000 feet. It is marked compensated for temperature, No F22348, Short & Mason, London, Made in England on the face. It measures about 2 2/4 inches across and just under 1 inch thick. It appears to be in great condition for the age with a few scratches on the glass and a couple on the face and appears to be in good working order. Great piece for a collection.
