Not sure of the exact age or if it is working but looks in pretty good shape and the needle has mov ed. It measures 3-1/2″ inches in diameter and 4-1/2″ inches high with the ring on the top and is 1-7/8 inches thick. The piece that hold the ring is bent (see photo# 6) and it looks like one of the little end on one foot is missing (see photo# 9).
