Usteri-Reinacher N3726, the side with vernier with fixed magnifier secured within original black leather case. Marked on the case lock L. Paris ++instrument appears to be in excellent overall condition with some mild rubbing to silver side of drum. The case with typical rub marks commensurate with age.
