Antique English European Hand Carved Wood Wall Barometer Thermometer. Beautiful Victorian era English carved barometer. Lovely patina, ornate frame is in amazing condition. It has a carved outer bezel with turned finials. Gorgeous porcelain barometer dial with visible movement. Is below a milk-glass thermometer scale with a mercury thermometer. The wood appears to be walnut or beach. The thermometer scale has some cracks and has not been glued and you. Can see it from the front. Two of the finials have been restored so are not original. The glass face of the barometer is not cracked. Case shows some minor wear on back edges. The barometer tracks local barometers and works fine, as does the thermometer.
