Fabulous 1887 Parlor Chandelier thermometer! – Made by the’Taylor Bros. Taylor made these thermometers to be hung in the center of the Parlor (Living room) off the ceiling chandelier. This way it could be read in any direction. All original, made of brass or bronze with applied bouquet Zinnia flowers. This thermometer is in real nice and original condition, The numbers are easy to read and in exceptional condition. It measures 6.5″ long by 1-3/4″ wide and the chain is 7 long. The Glass tube intact , but down bottom were the bulbous part is is broken and liquid leaked out , so its rare , antique , original , but not working unless you replace the tube.
