Here is a RARE miniature French clock and barometer set of excellent quality, with the rear side showing a circular thermometer and the clock movement, all behind beveled glass. The clock and barometer movements are mounted in gilt bronze cases that tilt up/down to provide the best viewing angle. The diameter of the enamel dials is 2 1/16 inches. The height of the stand is just 3 7/8 inches. The clock movement is in need of an escapement platform. There would have been a simple brass ring at the top of the center post. There is some wear to the gilt, most noticeable on the base. Please study the photographs for the best understanding. Questions are always welcome.
