Shown is an’ ANTIQUE POCKET BAROMETER’. Maker stamped on the silvered dial’ Tycos – London’. Also’Paul Meyrowitz – New York’ – the probably retailer’. Will say a date of 1890 – 1920. Contained in it’s original leather silk and felt lined case. Front button has gone missing but the case will still open close securely – depress the area of that button and case will open easily. I nstrument is in excellent plus condition. None of the generally seen staining or darkening on the dial. Outer altitude ring rotates properly to adjust for a compensated reading.
