I do not know a maker on this item. It is marked made in germany. Measures about 8 1/2″ high to the top of the wheel from the base and the wheel face measures 8 1/2″ tip to tip on the handles of the wheel. The barometer face itself is 3 3/4 in diameter. The base measures about 3 3/4 in diameter. Does appear to work as we have had very changeable weather here in the northeast. Great item for the nautical enthusiast.
