Antique Late 19thC German Black Forest Carved Wood Rooster Barometer Thermometer

This piece was made in germany during the late 19thc. The case is carved of hard wood and and depicts leaves and above the barometer is a rooster which stands in front of a fence.

Above the thermometer is a large flower blossom. The thermometer is made of milk glass. The barometer uses the german language. I do not believe that the thermometer is measuring properly. The case is in great condition with no breaks or repairs and still retains its orginal dark finish.
This piece stands 23 1/8″ in height, 12″ in width, and is 2 1/2 in depth. This antique late 19thc german black forest carved wood rooster barometer thermometer will make a great addition to your collection.
