This early 19th century English Nottingham barometer is a rare and authentic piece made in the United Kingdom. With a Sheraton style design and intricate mahogany inlay, it exudes a sense of classic elegance and craftsmanship typical of that era. Beautiful sea shell inlaid throughout the mahogany. Antique flemish wood carved barometer. With putti cherub figural decor. Signed and dated 1922 by artist. Came from a collector in barometers. Was one of rarest models as it is probably a unique one of a kind piece. 18.5 x 14.5 x 8.5 cm. Good condition (maybe on top there has been something else before as i see a hole there).
