It is called as weather prophet. It has the ceramic man and women who move with the weather change. It is a little log house, about 9 inches tall. Someone has used a glue gun to reglue the back on.

It looks to be in very good condition. I don’t know if it works correctly or not, probably needs some kind of adjustments. The instructions for use are on the back.
