It is a mahogany rectangular bracket case with a silvered dial and having subsidiary Chime/Silent and Fast/Slow dials above the arabic numeral time dial. It measures 14 x 11 inches, with very thick beveled glass in the front door. Note the minute hand needs a slight adjustment on its bushing, so it will chime exactly on the quarters.
