Antique Central Scientific Co. Chicago Tyco Rochester NY aneroid barometer with solid brass case. In good antique condition. Some tarnish to the case and light wear to the glass cover. Seems to be working fine but could use calibrating or adjusting. There is small set screw on back for adjusting possibly? Pretty accurate with todays pressure. Measures 5 in dimeter. Probably made in the 1920’s – 1940’s. Has a flat spot on the back of the case for display on a table or desk also a ring for wall mounting. See pictures for further descripton. During the industrial years taylor grew with the demands of new technology and made incubator thermometers and controlled environment instruments. This is the time frame i believe this to be from. They are still in business today.
