This early 19th century English Nottingham barometer is a rare and authentic piece made in the United Kingdom. With a Sheraton style design and intricate mahogany inlay, it exudes a sense of classic elegance and craftsmanship typical of that era. Beautiful sea shell inlaid throughout the mahogany. A 19th Century Italian Louis XVI style giltwood barometer, beautifully carved with intricate designs. This scientific instrument was manufactured before 1930 and reflects the elegance and craftsmanship of the era. One small piece is missing in the side see last 2 pictures.

This is a fine hand carved, German Barometer, that can either stand on a piece of furniture or on the wall. The frame is 13.5 inches high and about 9.3 inches wide at the base. The Barometer has a 4 and a half inches diameter. L have only had it for a couple of months and there has not been significant change of the weather meanwhile.
