Has some wear and minor restorations as expected but in good cosmetic condition for its age. The barometer is approx 49″ tall by 11″ wide. This barometer was made in England by John Stopani. The wood appears to be mahogany. The bottom has an inlaid shell decoration. The barometer was made during the early 19th century. The tube has broken. There is a crack towards the bottom of the barometer in the wood. There is wear to the area of the barometer where the weather is indicated.
