Magnificent Art Deco Roses Antique French Carved Walnut Thermometer Barometer Weather Station, France, c 1920’s. This roses-themed barometer is from France and it dates to the1920’s. This is a genuine old one with exceptionally fine carving. This antique Weather Station is made from solid walnut finished to a warm light color. The barometer appears to be working well and shows very little signs of wear. Overall this piece is in antique condition with only minor imperfections (like as photos). 41,5 x 24 cm. Amazing piece of history! It is very decorative and beautifully carved quails. Dimensions (inch): 20.5×9x3.1. Diameter 10 cm/3.9 in. Weight (kg): 0.745. The barometer is working, the thermometer is working. The weather station was made in 1879 as indicated on the thermometer (see photo). A small charming barometer, antique weather station barometer thermometer in hand-carved wood. Amazing piece of history! It is very decorative. Masonic weather station with a Masonic emblem on the dial and mechanism (see photo). The weather station depicts the logo of Freemasonry, the Masonic compass and square, and the letters G. Two temperature scales are designated: the Reaumur scale and the Celsius scale. The inscription on the dial: G. Frei METALL BAROMETER Barr. Most likely, the weather station was made in 1893. The same model is shown in an advertisement for 1893. Dimensions (inch): 18.9×9.4. The barometer is working, the thermometer is working, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy.
