Antique, barometer, thermometer, carved wood, black forest, stamped P. Beautiful barometer, thermometer, black forest, with deer head pediment. Carved wooden decorations with hunting pattern with 2 crossed rifles behind the barometer. Work of the late 19th century. The barometer is signed Paul Hubeau, Namur. A report of a small accident and lacks on the deer antlers (see photos). The thermometer plate is stained (see photos). Measurements: height:(51cm) 20″in width: (28cm) 11″in. It is in very good condition – straight and solid with the usual amount of scratches and scratches from their many years of use. This barometer is in mint condition! It has a thick beveled glass cover over a porcelain face. The markings and writing on the porcelain is clear and crisp. This is all fitted into a mahogany wood case with a brass ring. There is also a brass ring at the top of the barometer. The barometer is quite a heavy piece, also.
