Antique Banjo Barometer Mfg by Lingham Bros Worcester, MA – Solid Wood and brass. Needs a clip under the hygrometer, a new set key to turn the brass hand and new mercury column installed and calibrated. Some wood is dry, slightly cracked. Banjo face is 12 dia.

Bendix-Friez Vintage Barograph model recording barometer. Powered by self-contained 8 day jeweled Chelsea clock mechanism, it records the barometer on charts placed on the drum. The ID plate says Aero 1927 USN No. 559-44 and the serial number is 4768. It appears the clock mechanism needs repair. The drum does not turn. Does not appear to be working. I have no idea how this would actually work. Consider this for repair or parts. Measures about 2 3/4″ high with bale, about 2″ across and about 20.58mm deep. Surface scratches to the metal. Toning to the dial as pictured. Makers stamp on the works is a compass and LG or GL as pictured. This item condition is overall good visual non working condition. Here is a wonderful signed Waterbury Regulator Wall Clock, having a nice repair label on the back from 1900 in Ohio. I has a very nice round top case measuring about 24 x 16 inches, with carvings on both’wings’ on the sides of the case. It has a brass bezel that lifts up to access the original 11 inch diameter roman numeral dial, having the Waterbury trade mark. It is circa late 1880’s, and even has a repair label on the back of the case from 1900, and also has a great label inside the case, showing it is made by Waterbury, and gives some basic directions for the clock.
