This is a quite superb wall mounted aneroid barometer with the wooden oak hunting carvings of which. During our research we have been informed it certainly dates from the 19th century. Two hanging game birds either side of the aneroid barometer. At the bottom: the game bag. Other carvings of leaves and other. Overall size of about 28 x 1.5inches. Max dia of the aneroid barometer of about 4inches. Max depth of about 2inches. Condition: Considering the age, the overall condition to the carvings is excellent and is not subject to. Any major blemishes except. Due to age: overall areas of historic woodworm.
