This is an estate find of an centigrade thermometer in its original oval tubing box. The glass shape is a wide 1/2″ (11 mm) by 5/16″ (8 mm) oval shape. Overall length is 5.04 (128.11 mm). The bottom chamber with the mercury is 1/8 (4 mm) round. It is in perfect condition. The original cardboard oval tubing box has a dimpled faux black leather with a lot of signs of wear including a 7/8 long tear in the cap.
