Gorgeous Antique British Barometer made of Red Mahogany or Rosewood with a Metal Face. Glass Tube with Glass Weights runs the Dial. Ornate Lettering and Romantic Descriptions of the Conditions on both the Thermometer and Barometer. Made by Callaghan Opticians, in the Bloomsbury Section of London. This instrument appears to work. The temperature is fairly accurate. The needle for the barometric pressure will get a mind of its own sometimes. The tube is intact. This piece is 40 long. Widest point is 10. Face diameter is 8.
