This is a real vintage antique barometer from i guess the 1800’s. Not perfect but nevertheless a great vintage weather instrument with the mercury tube intact. The original vintage thermometer has been replaced with a more modern one… One side of the thermometer box is missing. The brass thermometer scale is in good shape… Has notations of blood heat, summer heat, temperate and freezing. Not sure about the “guts” of the barometer… Seems to be all there but not sure. The overall condition and patina are wonderful. It is a veneered piece as you can see. The dial of the barometer is in super vintage condition. The size is 37 inches long and the dial area is 10.5 inches.
