THE LEVEL WORKS ON THE BOTTOM. THE POINTER ON THE TOP GAUGE NEEDS TO BE RE-ATTACHED. THE GLASS TUBES IN INSIDE OF THE BACK ARE DAMAMGED AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
