This Antique Arts & Crafts era Wall Barometer & Thermometer Carved wood. It was made in Europe around the turn of the 19th century. It works well For this age in great condition. Hof leverancier means: They were making these for the Dutch Royal family. This carved wood barometer measures 13.5 or 37 cm tall.

Antique Carved Wooden European Barometer. Not tested to function. Appears to be walnut with occasional small worm wood As seen in the photos. Fine carving in Very good condition probably from late 1800s. Weighs less than four pounds, measures 29 inches tall and 14 inches wide. Dial face is 5 inches. Thermometer is glass mercury with mercury in the bulb. It is turned so that the white stripe is facing so you cannot see the mercury rise. The thermometer is Bound by too small Metal straps. I have not tried to turn it to see if it works. The dial on the barometer we will turn one of the hands. The backing is firmly fixed so it doesnt appear to have ever been worked on.
