Here is a wonderful early rosewood, barometer, the thermometer seems top work, not sure of the rest of it, there is mercury in the back, only one tube however I thought they had two, so comes as shown, this is kinda unusual as I think that might be some type of bone and its decorated!

This gorgeous old piece is beautifully carved and hails from the turn of the last century. It is 36″ tall and 10 1/2″ at the widest point. As you can see from the pictures, the glass over the barometer needs to be replaced, as is. Up on sale the depicted antique Fischer barometer. Made in the much sought after former East Germany (GDR). Its diameter is 15,5cm at the top, 18cm at the bottom, height is 6,5cm and it weighs 2,4kg.
