Antique Standard Barometer/Storm Glass and Thermometer Combined made by Chas. E Large, Brooklyn, NY. Dates to the late 19th century, I believe. All original and authentic. Wood and metal framework, the top and bottom pieces appear to be oak. 3″ by 8.5″, with a metal eye hook for hanging at the top. Original sealed glass in both thermometer and barometer. There is sediment in the barometer, and the thermometer does not seem to be accurate and is hard to see where the mercury exactly is. Original directions pasted to back are intact, but they are darkened and stained and hard to read. Very Neet small barometer. There is sediment in the one tube and a broken nail upper back but still sturdy and I wouldnt worry about it.
