It is solid oak and measures 26 x 9 inches. It has a thermometer in the middle position, just below the dial and above the barometer. Look at the extensive carvings on the case, especially on both sides of the thermometer. The french movement platform escapement is compete, and the hairspring looks good, but it is not ticking.
