The brass frame comes with a functioning latch and is in great vintage condition, with minor signs of wear consistent with age. The glass is clear and intact, ready to replace your missing or damaged original part. Authentic vintage replacement part. Fits Schatz Compensated Precision Barometer & Thermometer. Also compatible with Schatz Bell Clocks. Brass frame with a clear glass pane. Vintage West Germany craftsmanship. Condition: This replacement cover is in good vintage condition with light wear from age, as shown in the photos. The latch functions well, and the glass is clean and free of major scratches.

Offered is this really nice Schatz Maritime Clock (Royal Mariner) with ships bell and matching weatherstation with barometer and thermometer. Both are in excellent condition and working well. The clock is German made with an 8 day mechnical jeweled movement with key and the weather station is Swiss made. Comes with brass mounting screws and instructions for care and settings on both. Made of solid polished brass with beveled glass dials. Measurements for each are 7″ in diameter are are 3 3/4″ deep. Rivets on clock have been removed for service I think and ideally it would be recommend having both mounted on a wood plaque for hanging so the the backing isn’t a very big deal.
