19th Century Small Pocket Altimeter Barometer Liverpool London Chadburn
A nice little, 19th century pocket altimeter by chadburn and son, liverpool & london. It has been closely following my other barometers with the changes in the weather. In very good condition, with much of its original gilding. Beautiful, silvered dial in excellent condition. 1 and 13/16 in diameter.

I believe it’s in a brass. It may be ‘ gilt ‘, which would be brass with a gold wash over. Housed in a unique aqua painted wooden house shaped stand. Age discolor on face surface, and patina on gilt case.
