A beautiful open dial antique weather station, barometer, thermometer with beveled edges, carved wooden details. Amazing piece of history! It is very decorative. French texts Dimensions (cm): 45. 19×7 Dimensions (inch): 18×7x3 Diameter 8 cm/3in Weight: 812 gr On the back of the case s/n 982. At the bottom of the dial there is a mention: S. Bloch, Strasbourg Caveats: two side tops have chips The barometer is working, the thermometer is working, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy The temperature scale Reaumur and Celsius Wikipedia: In France, the Reaumur thermometer was widely used before the adoption of the Celsius scale.
