This brass barometer features a brass bezel and a dial with an open center section that reveals an exquisite gold-plated brass barometric movement and an aneroid capsule. The barometer is equipped with a brass handle and has a pair of brass feet. A very decorative item to create a vintage interior. Inscriptions in French on the dial. A plate in the center of the dial with the inscription: DENIS OPT CLERMONT-FERRANT. The internal dial is rotated using a knob on the back of the case. It was made in France.
