Barometer scale 31″ 21″, Altitude scale 0 10,000 feet, bezel rotates to set zero. Probably at least a hundred years old. Attractive antique fashion accessory: ideal for Victorian gentleman balloonist/alpinist. Needle does NOT move when I put it in a plastic bag and squeeze.
