I’m a mariner and these barometers where standard equipment on Russian ships in the Soviet Era I was Captain of the former soviet drillship “Muravlenko” and it had one of these. This is likely a 1950s or early 60s as precision androids came into use, replacing these vintage traditional aneroid. It could be earlier as the design has not changed much since introduction.
