This is a clean early 1875 american signed Ansonia Clock Company Striking Shelf Clock, New York. It is a nice early Ansonia clock measuring 14 x 9 1/2 inches. It has a nice peacock in the lower front door glass panel. The large brass movement is signed by the Ansonia Clock Company. There also is a nice original label visible on the back board.
