Antique German made Weranderluk Barometer/Weather Station. This weather station features a Hygrometer (Droog/Docht), a Thermometer (in Fahr and Reau), and a Mercury Barometer. The Mercury Barometer is complete. It contains both glass vials, pully mechanism, glass floats, strings, veiwing glass (on the lower front of the station) and Mercury Column. The barometer itself has not been tested however. Everything appears to be in working order. There are no cracks, leaks, chips or broken pieces in regards to the mercury column and barometer mechanism. The Thermometer does not appear to be cracked or broken but I cannot see anything liquid in the column. The hygrometer does work but is not calibrated. The wood does look rough in a couple of places but all of the trim and individual pieces are present. The door on the back works properly as well as the latch. I do not know what component is missing from the empty compartment between the thermometer and the barometer in the center of the station. Pictuires of similar weather stations feature a brass or chome disk in this location that serves as decoration. Please zoom in on the pictures and decide for yourself the condition.
