It is in a round brass frame with domes glass front. It the background is very ornate with scenes of figures blowing wind and Greek face at the bottom. There are 3 dials, one is the Barometer, one humidity and one temperature. It will need to be calibrated for your location. Ne of a kind I’m sure. Size: 7 1/8″ across x 1 1/3″ deep. Weight: 1 1/4 lbs. This is missing a swing out stand that goes on the back. The label on the back says: Wittnauer Weather-Key Instrument. Made and Guaranteed by Longines-Wittnauer Watch Co.
