I have had this cool old barometer for years. I have no idea of the age or the maker. I don’t see a name on it anywhere. The beveled glass is in very nice condition and if you run your finger around the edge you will feel some small rough spots, but nothing major. It appears to be brass around the glass, and i have no idea what the other metal is. As you can see the porcelain face has cracks and was obviously glued. It works great, and until a year ago i was using it. I just did a plastic bag test and the needle moves easily and smoothly. Great piece for parts, or to use as is, and i have it priced accordingly.
