Very fine c1885 short & mason london gilt brass pocket barometer in orig case. The barometer is a top quality example made by short & mason ltd of london england, circa 1885. The barometer features a finely engraved silvered dial, beveled glass crystal and rotating reference bezel.
There is no damage and the barometer is a nice size for carrying or display measuring 3-1/2″ long across the crown handle or 2-3/4″ wide by just under 1 thick.
